K9Pro owner, head trainer and nationally accredited dog behaviour specialist
Steve brings more than 40 years of experience working with dogs and their owners, from everyday training to complex behaviour cases.
He helps owners understand their dogs and develop practical handling and training skills. He also teaches and supports other dog trainers.

We take a small number of dogs each year for residential training, from everyday life skills to behaviour rehabilitation. Each program combines work with your dog and practical owner education.
These two hour consultations combine discussion and practical training with your chosen trainer. You receive a personalised written program and eight weeks of follow up support.
Book a 30 or 60 minute phone or video consultation if you cannot visit K9Pro or would like remote support with your training.
Phone and Zoom appointments are optional. You can book a consultation at our facility without a preliminary Zoom call.
Meet with Steve at our training facility for an individual temperament assessment. Reasons may include dangerous or menacing dog matters, rescue dog assessments or exclusion from ANKC events.
Several lessons over consecutive days can help you make the most of a visit from interstate or further afield. This option also suits owners who want a concentrated block of training.
Programs are tailored to your needs. Options include Bringing Your Baby Home, developing your handling skills, nosework, protection work and training at home.
