K9Pro offers video consultations for people who need experienced guidance but cannot attend our facility, or who want to speak with us before choosing a training program.

During your consultation, we can discuss your dog’s history, behaviour, current training and your goals.

You can ask questions, explain the problems you are experiencing and receive clear advice about the most appropriate next step.

Video consultations can help with:

• Behaviour and training concerns

• Choosing the right K9Pro program

• Puppy selection and development

• Assistance dog guidance

• Training technique and problem solving

• Ongoing coaching for existing clients

• Advice for dog trainers and handlers

If you proceed with a K9Pro training program, the cost of your video consultation will be credited toward your booking.

Help Without the Distance

We have successfully coached dog owners and trainers throughout Australia and overseas.

In one recent consultation, Steve guided a client in Helena, Montana through the foundations of marker training from the other side of the world.

All you need is a smartphone, tablet or computer, a stable internet connection and somewhere suitable to work with your dog if practical.

Video consultations are convenient and cost effective, but they are not appropriate for every situation.

If your dog needs to be assessed in person, we will tell you honestly and recommend the most suitable next step.
