K9Pro was the last straw in a very long list of trainers and vets we sought help from. I think for the first ten minutes of the consult we were going through the motions, nodding and accepting defeat. I just about had an anxiety attack when he asked me to swap the leash to him, our dog xxxx is very aggressive to strangers. Somehow he just made it smooth and xxxx didn’t react at all. Steve walked him around the room and I was just waiting for xxxx to bite him. That moment never came, and when Steve kneaded down and xxxx walked up to him and leant on him, I burst out crying. There were several more miracles that happened in that first consult and we left recharged with hope. Steve has an amazing understanding of dogs, no fear and he just made it all seem easy. I now know why everywhere you ask for referrals with your German Shepherd, Steve’s name is given by many. Including me now.

I brought my dog to see Steve and did three follow ups with Bec. When I came I could. It walk My dog down the street without her barking and lunging at other dogs. She had not been on a walk for nearly a year. Not only is the loud barking and jumping gone, but I have a wonderfully behaved dog that I take everywhere. This has been life changing for me

I am an instructor at my dog training club and had my dog doing the best we could do, which was a pass in obedience once in a while. I came to see Steve and he showed me a whole other world of obedience. His dogs and staff dogs came out and they were all “changed” with joy and enthusiasm whilst working. I have started to implement his program and seeing such a difference in no time!

I will keep this short and sweet. K9Pro are well above the rest.

My vet had said that I needed to go to K9Pro and have my dog assessed and work on her aggression. Elsa would not tolerate being looked at or touched by anyone making vet visits very difficult. I checked them out but they were a bit far away and booked out for weeks. I found a local guy who had a great website, had videos all over social media, but he was useless. Tried another who was no better. I was worried my dog was worse than I had thought. I booked into K9Pro and I was instantly sure I was in the right place. It was explained clearly what the problem was and what was making my dog aggressive. And what we needed to do to change these feelings. In that first lesson, my girl fell in Love with Steve, she was on his lap, licking his face, something she had never done with any stranger. We have a program to work through and she is getting so much better. Five star service

The team at K9Pro is so good, from the moment I rang to ask about booking to arriving at their gate, to leaving full Of confidence, the whole team are there to make you feel awesome.

I Made all the mistakes, I got my dog during covid, wrong breed for me really and over lockdowns it just went from bad to worse. It got bad and my dog attacked me and I needed to go to hospital. I sent my dog to K9Pro, no one else I called would even try. When it was time to collect him, although I took responsibility for totally screwing up my dog, none of the crew bought into any of those conversations, they just kept talking about now and the future. My dog came home with training, education for me and safety protocols. He never growled, bit or even became angry with me again… He will never be “good” with dogs, but now he is not bad either. He shows them no interest at all. Lives were saved

Steve has a way of explaining things from the dogs perspective. As he speaks it just makes things sound so clear and helped me understand my dog so much better. This is just one point I wanted to mention. His handling of my dog, skills at teaching and rewarding are amazing too. Steve you are on another level.

I’m a dog training junky. I go to all the seminars and watch all the videos etc I could not train my dog though. I knew of Steve and booked a lesson. Sounds stupid but I was a bit star struck as he is known everywhere. Steve helped me immensely and was just down to earth and super easy to get along with. There is no substitute for working with a guy like Steve

How are you? 😃 It's been a little while since a Diesey update - There hasn't been heaps to update you on, hence the lack of updates but his progress has been going soooo good! He had a vet visit last week which required no sedation at all, just a pouch full of treats & he was perfect. He actually went up to the receptionist & the vet for a cuddle when we saw them 😂😍 (How times have changed lol). We had a pretty big win today! I took him to a local class. He totally aced it, he really made me so proud. They just kinda get you doing drills walking past other dogs, towards other dogs, giving commands etc. I attached a video of one of the drills, it's where we stood in the middle & had dogs approach us- you can see he was totally calm (ignore the music I recorded it from their instagram story and don't know how to remove the sound lol). After the session I asked the trainer if I could introduce him to her using the "say hello" command which went perfectly 😄 Also, as we were walking back to the car a man approached me & asked if he could give Diesel a pat. I said I can introduce him to you! Which is what we did again with the "say hello" command, he walked up, had a sniff & came straight back to me and I just said sorry haha that's as good as you're gonna get 😂 but it was AWESOME!!!!! he obviously wasn't interested in the guy but was still polite, said hello & came back to me as if to say eh i don't really care much for him lol. He's seriously just getting better & better each day, he makes us so proud each day 🥰 Thanks Bec!!! 😁

Dear Steve, Candace & Henna, Wow, what a difference in our little boy. We are sorry we haven’t updated in a while, with moving into a new house, renovations and some overseas travel it has been absolutely chaotic in the Jones household recently. Zubi has been phenomenal in every aspect, there has been little to zero human aggressive traits in the last 4-6 months. He has been an absolute pleasure to be around, we have had the ability to almost completely ditch the collar when in open/safe space as we have been working his recall which he is brilliant with. We have been able to safely introduce him to our friends dogs now which he always shows an interest In but still more focused on us for the vast majority. We are beyond thrilled at the result of the board and train and follow up programs. We are so in love with our (now 2 year old boy). All in all, there is an absolute night and day difference in Zubi, he has had an extraordinary amount of growth in the last 6 months and we are beyond grateful that all of you at K9 pro have done for us. We may look at a board and tune later in the year because some of his manners are slightly starting to go which we will try our best to correct. Thank you all so much for your efforts with him and hope you enjoy the update on the little fella! Kindest,

I had the pleasure of taking my German Shepherd boy to K9Pro for some dog training and aggression rehabilitation, and I must say, I am over the moon with the results! The team at K9Pro were not only professional and knowledgeable but also compassionate and friendly. They provided my little buddy with the best care and training he needed to overcome his aggression issues. Now, my dog is such a happy and well-behaved pup, and I owe it all to the K9Pro team's expertise and dedication. I highly recommend K9Pro to anyone looking for top-notch dog training services.

Dear Steve, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for all that you've done for me and my boy, Jasper. Your program has been a complete game-changer for us. Since implementing your techniques, Jasper has made incredible progress and is now a much happier and well-behaved dog. I can't thank you enough for helping us overcome the challenges we were facing and for giving me back my social life. You truly have made a difference in our lives. Sincerely,

My dog, Bear, had been showing signs of increasing aggression, so I decided to enrol him in a board and train program at K9PRO. I had previously consulted several trainers who were either frightened of Bear or suggested that he be euthanized. However, Steve and Bec were exceptional in handling him, and Bear developed a close bond with them. This program was a life-changing experience for me, and it saved Bear's life

Dear K9Pro Team, I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shoutout to the amazing team at K9Pro. You guys are awesome! I can’t thank you enough for the outstanding support and help you provided for my German Shorthaired Pointer, Bayley. His behaviour of chasing and pinning down other dogs at the park was really concerning, and I was struggling to find a solution. Your expertise, patience, and dedication to helping Bayley were truly remarkable. The training program you designed for him was not only effective but also tailored to his specific needs. I'm thrilled to say that Bayley's behaviour has improved significantly, and now we can enjoy peaceful outings at the park together. I appreciate your outstanding work and your passion for helping dogs and their owners. Keep up the fantastic work! Warmest regards,
